Practice for real conversations

Communication practice

Make your point easier to follow in meetings, explanations, and difficult conversations.

A practical way to prepare

It can be hard to know whether an answer is clear until you have said it aloud and heard the next question. Phronis gives you a place to practice a realistic exchange, notice where your explanation loses focus, and try again.

Start with your real situation

Choose a prompt that reflects the conversation you are preparing for and answer in your own words.

Respond to a follow-up

Keep the exchange moving when someone asks for an example, challenges an assumption, or needs a simpler explanation.

Review and retry

Use the session feedback to choose one improvement, then practice that part again.

Keep your own voice

Practice structures and reasoning rather than memorizing a script that may not fit the conversation.

A useful skill to practice: Put the point first, then add the detail that helps

Before answering, identify the listener's question and the one point they need to understand. Give that point early, support it with a concrete example or reason, then check whether more detail is useful.

A simple practice loop: state the point → give one relevant detail → connect it to the listener's need → pause for the next question.
