The practice loop

Learn it. Say it. Try again.

A useful practice session gives you a clear situation, a real spoken attempt, a response to handle, and a next step you can use.

From a real task to a repeatable practice

1. Choose a conversation

Start with a scenario that reflects what you want to prepare for, from an interview answer to a difficult workplace exchange.

2. Speak in your own words

Respond aloud to a simulated partner. The exchange can include questions or pushback that help you practice staying clear.

3. Review the exchange

Read feedback about the response and conversation so you can identify a useful point to work on.

4. Retry with an intention

Choose one adjustment, such as leading with the main point or giving a more specific example, and practice again.

Keep the practice grounded

Use your own experience and judgment. Simulated partners and automated feedback can be imperfect, so treat feedback as a prompt for reflection rather than a verdict on your ability or likely outcome.
