Phronis helps people prepare for important conversations by learning a practical skill, rehearsing it in a spoken exchange, and deciding what to improve next.
Why practice conversations?
Many useful skills are easier to understand than to use under pressure. A candidate may know their experience but struggle to tell a concise story. A manager may know what needs to change but find it difficult to start the conversation. A learner may understand a concept until someone asks them to explain it.
Phronis creates a repeatable place to try those conversations before they happen. The goal is useful practice, not a perfect script.
What Phronis offers
Choose a scenario, speak with a simulated conversation partner, and review feedback on the exchange. You can practice interview answers, clearer explanations, learning through teach-back, investor pitches, sales calls, and workplace conversations.
